Export from Shotsy
Shotsy lets you export your log as a CSV file — do that first, from its own settings.

Upload in onboarding
Pick "Switching from another app?" during setup and choose the CSV file.

Preview & confirm
See the first five records before anything is saved. Confirm the count, then import.

Done
Your full injection history — dose, site, notes — is in GLP1ShotDay, editable from day one.

Can I import my Shotsy data into GLP1ShotDay?Q—01 +
Yes. Export a CSV from Shotsy, upload it during onboarding, preview the first five records, and confirm — your full injection history imports in one step.
What format does the import CSV need to be in?Q—02 +
Five columns: date, medication, dose_mg, injection_site, notes. Any spreadsheet exported from Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets in that layout works too, not just Shotsy exports.
Will my Apple Health weight history import automatically?Q—03 +
Yes — with permission, GLP1ShotDay pulls up to 12 months of past weight entries from Apple Health during onboarding, so your weight trend doesn't start at zero.
What if I don't want to import anything?Q—04 +
Choose "Start fresh" during onboarding and skip the import step entirely. Nothing is imported without your confirmation first.
Why are people switching from Shotsy?Q—05 +
A recent Shotsy price increase pushed some users to look for alternatives, and Shotsy's cloud backup is iCloud-only, which doesn't help if you switch from iPhone to Android. GLP1ShotDay uses a cross-platform cloud account from day one.
